Crest Drive

Located deep in the South Hills, Crest Drive has a lot to offer. This area is on the southern edge of town, and is therefore one of the closest neighborhoods to recreation areas outside of Eugene such as Spencer's Butte and Ridgeline Parks. Many homes in this area have beautiful views of the city and the country roads around Crest Drive are beautiful and relaxing to drive on. The population of this area is 6,229 representing 3.9% of the population of the Eugene area. It is an exclusively residential neighborhood with a high proportion of older residents and low crime levels. There are several beautiful parks in the area, most notably Wayne Morse Historical Park which sponsors events and has an animal clinic. Crest Drive is only a short distance from downtown and the University, making it easy for residents of this area to access all of what Eugene has to offer.

Crest Drive is part of the 4j school district and most students attend Crest Drive Elementary School, Jefferson Middle School and Churchill and South Eugene High Schools.
